"A Short History of Telescopes and Their Components"

The presentation will show the development of the telescope from the 17th century as an amateur instrument and how the parts work together.

George is a Denver native and a retired Air Force officer. He taught in the CU Denver Physics Department and gave talks to the Denver Astronomical Society for a number of years. He is a member of the Secular Hub.
