Member Invitational- Paralympic Medalist Guest Speaker

Secular Scouts invites our Hub Members to join them for a special guest speaker during Coffee and Community this Sunday. Scouts will welcome Sandy Dukat to speak about her experiences as an Paralympian and competitive athlete. Please join the Scouts in the downstairs meeting room at 10:30am if you'd like to listen to and meet this special guest.

Ms. Dukat is an American Paralympic athlete. She has won two bronze medals at the Winter Paralympics for Alpine Skiing in Salt Lake City (2002) and in Turin (2006). She also won bronze medals for Downhill, Giant Slolum, and Super-G skiing events at the IPC Alpine Skiing World Championships. She is an accomplished competitive athlete in marathon, triathlon running, and swimming as well. She now works as a liaison for the US Paralympics. She is back home after a visit to Milano and Cortina in Italy for the games this winter, so I'm sure she has lots to share with us. We are honored to host her at the Hub for our Secular Scouts meeting this coming Sunday!
